We hire senior generalists who have already built or marketed at least three businesses end-to-end. We don’t hire account managers. If a role isn’t listed, we’re not actively hiring it.
No bench. No padding.
You will be on the work the moment you start. We do not hire ahead of demand and we do not move people between accounts to keep a billable rate up.
One client at a time.
Most studios run a 30:70 split between admin and craft. Ours is closer to 10:90. Slack message volume is deliberately low.
Equity for senior hires.
Anyone running an engagement end-to-end gets meaningful equity. The cap table is small and the maths is real.
Open roles — currently hiring.
Every role is a senior generalist with one obvious specialism. If your specialism isn’t in the title, that’s probably fine — apply anyway.
