1. Who we are.
Rankrix is a design, engineering and digital marketing studio operating in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Rankrix is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What we collect.
We collect three categories of information. Contact information you provide to us via our contact forms (name, email, company, message). Analytics information about how you use the site (pages visited, time on page, referring source — aggregated and anonymised where possible). And technical information your browser sends (IP address, user agent, language).
3. How we use it.
Contact information is used to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without explicit opt-in. Analytics information is used to understand how the site performs and to improve it. Technical information is used for security, fraud prevention and analytics.
4. Cookies.
We use a minimal set of cookies — strictly necessary, analytics (anonymised), and security. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to disable each category.
5. Sharing.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the processors necessary to operate this site — analytics providers, email infrastructure, our CRM — all bound by data processing agreements. The current list of processors is available on request.
6. Retention.
Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as the conversation is active plus 24 months thereafter. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Technical logs are retained for 30 days.
7. Your rights.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rankrix.co.uk. We respond within 30 days.
